Why did I decide to become a personal trainer in 2015? Fitness has always been important in my life but I discovered a real joy in improving fitness for individuals, whether that’s flexibility, strength or cardio.

But it’s not just about fitness with my classes and personal training; there’s a fair bit of encouragement and lively chat that keeps everyone motivated.

I run classes in HIIT (high intensity interval training), core, circuits, kettlebells, resistance band, fitness pilates and boxercise. My personal training clients have varied requirements whether it’s regaining muscle mass, building core strength or improving general fitness.
