MenoFitâ„¢ Pilates
Specific classes targeted at Peri/Menopausal/Post women who are looking to help themselves through this tricky stage of our lives. A resistance based workout to aid bone density, improved mobility, pelvic floor workout and some focused stretching. An opportunity to chat, meet women who are going through the same symptoms and find some helpful advice and techniques to make us all feel a bit better about it all!
PelvicFit Pilates
A must for everyone! It’s so important to target these deep core muscles and understand how it all works. Suitable for all ages and abilities, especially good for postpartum ladies onwards. Specific exercises to target the pelvic floor using supplied bands and blocks. Understand how our pelvic floor engages and connects with our movement patterns and how we can improve our pelvic floor strength.
